It was a brilliant game of wheelchair football.
Hawthorn began Round 8 with a new teammate, Kathleen O’Kelly-Kennedy. Kathleen performed well in the middle of the court, proving to be dominant in the ruck contests and facilitating play throughout the centre.
Collingwood were too strong on the day, out performing Hawthorn in all 4 quarters. However, the Hawks never gave up.
Brian Owen played another great game up front, scoring twice. Hawthorn are looking forward to the final two games and aim to finish the season on a high note. GO THE HAWKS!!
